Members and non-members can place Ads. It's easy. All you need is an email address, but, if you are already a member, it cannot be the same email you used to register as a member.
A simple way to get a new email is to go to "www.gmail.com", click on "Create an account", and a form will appear for you to complete. (Use a password you can remember). Just follow the instructions and you will have a new email. To make it easy, you can use your first name and the current month (MM) and day (DD). For instance, "firstname.lastname@example.org" would work just fine.

The website WILL send you a monthly reminders to renew your ad but, of course, you don't have to renew if you don't want to.
