2018 Membership Drive
The Desert Chapter begins the 2018 Membership Drive with a special bonus: Join in September and you will receive the benefits of Membership for the remainder of 2017 and all of 2018 at the annual Membership fee.
If you are a member of state CAMFT, you are eligible to join our local chapter. Annual membership in Desert CAMFT is only $50\ for Clinical, Associate and Affiliate members and $25 for Interns and Trainees (tax deductible of course). Benefits of membership include:

New Workshop Ideas
The Board is exploring future workshops on clinical situations that our members see in their practices including Bi-Polar, DID, psychotic breaks as well as addiction in its many forms.
Let us know if you are interested in being part of a panel to discuss these clinical issues or additional topics, or are interested in attending a workshop that explores greater understanding of these diagnoses and ways to work with them.

Clinical Consultation Groups are forming !
Desert CAMFT is excited to announce this wonderful new benefit for our Clinical Members.
These groups offer an ongoing forum for case consultation with a variety of other experienced therapists in your area.
Plans are under way to have groups in
and La Quinta
We envision each group with a limit of eight therapists, with the "host" at each site setting the schedules.
The Rancho Mirage group meets every Wednesday Noon to 1:00pm.
