We are always looking for volunteers to help with making the chapter successful. Volunteering is fun and you can get to know more about how the chapter works and make good friends.
Volunteering means helping with planning and hosting events, supporting the 3000 Club for pre-licensed members and supporting community and professional outreach in the Valley.
We'd love to hear from you.
If you are interested, contact Carol Teitelbaum at 760-346-0646.
We need your help to make our chapter thrive. We have great workshops coming up at our monthly meetings, as well as special longer workshops. We have a talented Board of Directors and we are doing everything possible to provide interesting, educational workshops with opportunities to network.
However, we need your help to keep this chapter thriving. We need more subcommittees, committee directors and teams, some new officers and support. Help us to help you have the most rewarding experience as a member of Desert CAMFT.
Please contact Carol Teitelbaum with any questions at 760-219-2465.

These groups offer an ongoing forum for case consultation with a variety of other experienced therapists in your area. We envision each group with a limit of eight therapists, with the "host" at each site setting the schedules.

We organize multiple events throughout the year, including CE workshops, by both local members and outside presenters, as well as social networking events. These are important occasions for our professionals to participate in, to stay up-to-date on the latest information in our field and maintain an interactive referral network. So, take a look at our upcoming and past events here. We also welcome any new ideas for possible future events.
Desert CAMFT is a local chapter of the larger state organization, the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT)*. Like many local chapters, Desert CAMFT was formed to create a more intimate, localized, and accessible community of Marriage and Family Therapists for the purposes of networking, professional development, and career support. Find out more about who we are, what we do, and our Board of Directors.
