In this presentation we will talk about 3 things that will help you move from private practitioner to profitable therapy business owner - including how to make sure you have enough money to enjoy your life and have a financially healthy business.


Learning objectives

Participants will:

1. Learn the 3 important parts to a private practice growth (marketing plan)

2. Identify their inaccurate cognitions (regarding private practice ownership and business growth) and begin to develop new ways of making business decisions

3. Be able to discuss at least 2 ideas for business expansion beyond one to one sessions.

4. Discuss why profit is important to the financial viability of a business - and learn how to set their business up for profit.


Biography

Casey Truffo is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a practice-building coach to psychotherapists on five continents.
