David Jensen has been a Staff Attorney with CAMFT since April 2002. He was born in Flint, Michigan and raised in Tustin, California. David graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, and received his law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
Dave Jensen will stress the importance of the psychotherapist’s role as a creator of legal and ethical outcomes, whether for good or for ill. In particular, he will instruct attendees on the ten fundamentals of practicing legally, ethically, safely, and confidently. This course will also cover the important subjects of patients who are dangerous to themselves and provide attendees with an overview of the BBS administrative hearing process.
